Since 1977

Kartnet was established as a family business in 1977. Throughout the years, it has developed into a versatile provider of technical textile, for both food as well as non-food applications. What started as a small circular-knitting business with just one machine in a garage, has grown into an enterprise with a broad deployable range of solutions in technical textile.

From the first moment onwards quality, reliability and a solution based approach have been the core of the business. Throughout the years the focus on circular knitting has been elaborated to a wide range of products for packaging, protective, trade, transport and industrial uses.

Sectors and applications

Kartnet has a wide range of products within for instance: 

  • Meat and poultry processing industry
  • Agriculture and horticulture 
  • Drainage and well-point dewatering
  • Trade and industry 

Applications or uses for food are nettings for meats, vegetables and fruit and stockinette. In the non-food department Kartnet delivers, for example, root-netting, drainage filter socks, netting for packaging of Christmas trees, pallet netting, wrapping and silage film and hay-bale nettings.

Kartnet will continue to try to grow and focus on developing and expanding the range of products with attention to quality, reliability and suitability.
