Elastic nets for roasting and cooking
Elastic nets for roasting and cooking are applied to products such as rolled roast, hams, and similar meat products. These nets can be delivered in coarse-meshed to micro-meshed options and are available in sizes from 80 mm to 450mm. The nets are delivered on a roll, adapted to the processing.
Elastic sleeves / PE netting (Peel Easy)
Elastic sleeves or PE netting combine elasticity and compression with a closed tunnel structure resulting in:
- a stable form and structure
- preservation of juices
- weight reduction
These nettings are extremely suitable for cooking, drying and smoking of products. The use of collagen film will not be necessary. An important advantage is that it is easy to peal after processing. The nettings are available in various colours and tube sizes from 85 to 400 mm and will be delivered on a roll.
Non-elastic netting
Non-elastic netting is suitable for cooking, smoking and drying and is available in common tube sizes. Included in this assortment are hexagon and diamond nettings. These are often used for products such as salami and similar specialities.
